My trip to Lida and Novogrudok castles

On the 24th of September 2016 we went on a guided tour to Lida and Novogrudok castles.

But at first we decided to visit "Neman Glassworks" which is situated in Lida. The tour guide told us much useful and interesting information about the production of glass and crystal things. Then we were invited to "The museum of glass". That was very exciting!

After that we had a tasty lunch at the café. We ate soup, mashed potatoes with chicken, grape juice and a salad. That was so yummy!

Then a beautiful guide in medieval clothes invited us to Lida castle.

The guide told us about the history of the castle and we saw an exciting medieval performance that was shown only for us.

We danced, fought with swords, shot and made photos. We bought many souvenirs there.

In Lida castle we put on middle-aged clothes. I liked staying in the castle and imagined myself as a lady. That was so amazing!

Then we went to Novogrudok castle. There were only the ruins of this castle. But we made some photos there.

Our trip was very interesting, useful and unforgettable.
